These terms apply to all orders placed through the omaneo online shop. By placing an order you accept these terms in full.
The products presented in our online shop constitute a binding offer. By submitting your order you make a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.
All prices are total prices including statutory VAT. Additional shipping costs are shown at the end of the ordering process and must be accepted before the order is completed.
Payment methods: PayPal, payment by invoice (subject to credit check)
In the event of late payment we reserve the right to charge default costs.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are € 4.90 and waived for orders from € 50.00.
Delivery time: Delivery takes place within 2 to 4 working days after receipt of payment. Digital products and donations are provided immediately upon receipt of payment.
Delivery area: We ship within Germany and the EU.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dieter Eitz, Görlitzer Str. 5, 41460 Neuss, email: espresso@omaneo.eu, phone: +49 2131 5952469) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exclusion / expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. opened food items or coffee bean packets). The right of withdrawal also does not apply to digital products after their activation or to donations.
